PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube with which the likelihood of inflammation occurring in a tracheal inner wall is reduced.SOLUTION: The tracheal tube according to the present invention comprises: a tube body and a cuff which is mounted to the tube body, and of which barrel is contractible and expandable. The tracheal tube includes a sealed part 31a at which a covering region 30 for covering a tracheal inner wall of a trachea when the barrel is expanded inside the trachea continuously contacts the tracheal inner wall along a circumferential direction of the barrel.
