PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tracheal tube with which safety can be increased.SOLUTION: The tracheal tube comprises: a tube body and a cuff which is mounted to the tube body, and of which barrel is contractible and expandable. The tracheal tube includes: a contact part at which a covering region for covering a tracheal inner wall of a trachea when the barrel is expanded inside the trachea, contacts the tracheal inner wall and a wrinkle part which does not contact the tracheal inner wall.
