The present invention relates to a spray and a spray control apparatus, and more specifically, to a spray and a spray control apparatus which not only are capable of starting or blocking spraying and controlling an amount of spraying, but also are capable of simplifying internal structure of the sprayer and reducing power consumption by allowing a user to perform only an operation of rotationally operating a nozzle cap that is assembled to cover a nozzle in front of the main body. A sprayer according to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention comprises: a main body including a blowing module assembly part which is formed in an internal space that is formed by assembling housings at left and right sides thereof, and a neck which is formed in a front section of the blowing module assembly part in such a form that an inner cross-sectional area of the neck is gradually decreased; a blowing module which is installed at the blowing module assembly part such that air inside the main body is exhausted to the outside through the neck; a chemical container which is installed at a bottom side of the main body, and has a chemical container cap mounted on a top part thereof, the chemical container including an air hole which is formed in the chemical container cap such that air passes through the air hole, and a check valve which is installed at an inner side of the chemical container cap having the air hole formed therein; a nozzle cap which is formed in a venture tube structure such that a minimum diameter portion is formed in an inner middle part of the venture tube structure, and which is installed to be assembled to the neck of the main body; a nozzle which is formed in a pipe shape, of which a rear end is opened such that one end of a chemical supply pipe connected to the chemical container is connected to the nozzle, which has plural nozzle holes formed to be penetrated into a front end thereof, and which is installed such that the nozzle hole-formed front end of
