Provided is a liquid composition for oral cavity that can smoothly penetrate into a periodontal disease-causing biofilm and exhibit an excellent bactericidal effect thereon, can also exhibit an excellent bactericidal effect on floating bacteria, maintains good appearance and high stability with little turbidity when stored at a high temperature, and is efficacious for preventing or suppressing periodontal diseases, said liquid composition for oral cavity being prepared by adding, to a liquid composition for oral cavity comprising (A) isopropyl methyl phenol and (B) cetylpyridinium chloride, (C) 0.1-0.6 mass% of an N-acyl taurine salt and (D) 0.1-0.8 mass% of a nonionic surfactant.
