PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a supporter imparting appropriate flexibility and suppressing excessive bending.SOLUTION: A supporter 4 has: a base plate 41 a plurality of grooves 42 provided in the width direction of the base plate 41 fillers 43 insertable in the grooves 42 and come-off stoppers 44 of the fillers 43. The fillers 43 have small projections 49 extending downward. The base plate 41 has through holes 45 or hollows in the grooves 42.
