Composition as per the present invention is characterized in that it comprises: (a) from 1 to 20 % by weight of an ester of a polyhydric alcohol with a fatty acid and/or a hydrocarbon； (b) from 3 to 20 % by weight of a transparent, non-volatile silicone oil, which is separated upon mixing with component (a) at 25 °C； (c) from 0.1 to 5 % by weight of zinc decyltrisiloxane carboxylate； and (d) water. Cosmetic product is characterized in that it contains the said composition.
