PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To achieve high-precision irradiation with a high degree of freedom, which utilizes the advantage of each of broad irradiation and scanning irradiation, by applying the broad irradiation and the scanning irradiation to one affected part.SOLUTION: Particle radiotherapy equipment includes a data control management part for storing a target exposure dose distribution for irradiating an irradiation object. Broad irradiation is performed by using a bolus that forms an exposure dose distribution in an irradiated region assuming a shape different from a distal shape of the whole irradiation object.
