PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operation efficiency by directly feeding liquid nutritient for plant cultivation in a prescribed amount matching to the growth of a plant dropwise to a plant carrier, circulating the excess liquid nutritient by a pump so that the roots of the plant is exposed to air, and decreasing the amount or the number of used plant carrier, liquid nutritient, articles of consumption, machine parts. SOLUTION: Net-shaped shallow unevenness is formed on the bottom surface in a cultivation container. Grooves are formed at the periphery of the bottom, and draining holes are formed in the grooves. The liquid nutritient from the tank is fed dropwise to the plant carrier in the cultivation container by connecting a liquid-feeding pipe having small holes for feeding the nutrient to the tank by a pipe or a hose so that the nutritient is given to the roots of the plant. The shallow unevenness enables the nutritious liquid accumulated in the net-shaped shallow unevenness on the bottom surface of the cultivation container to be given to the roots of the grown plant, and the roots to be exposed to the air. The excess nutritious liquid is recovered and stored in a nutritious liquid-recovering tank connected to the nutritious liquid tank by a pump and a pipe, and recycled to the nutritious liquid tank in the apparatus for water culture.
