PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrode for brain wave measurement which secures sufficient conductivity by contact with the scalp without using a conductive paste, reduces a burden on a subject, and measures brain waves accurately even at a hair portion.SOLUTION: An electrode 10 for brain wave measurement is provided with a comb-shaped base member 12, which comprises an elastic body, and a structure formed on the comb-shaped base member 12. The comb-shaped base member 12 comprises a support part 14 and a comb teeth row 17, which comprises multiple comb teeth 16 projecting from the support part 14 in a row.
