PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brain wave electrode holding tool that can be easily attached and detached, and can arrange an electrode at a correct position of the head surface easily.SOLUTION: A brain wave electrode holding tool 1 includes a body part 2 arranged around the head part, a plurality of support parts 3 attached to the body part 2, and brain wave electrodes 4 provided on a tip side of at least some of the support parts 3, which are supported inside the body part. The body part 2 includes an opening in a size that allows fingers to be inserted for touching the brain wave electrodes. Each of the brain wave electrodes 4 includes a flexible part 6 whose base end side is supported by the support part 3, which has flexibility and is elastically deformed, and an electrode part 5 provided to the tip side of the flexible part, and which is brought into contact with the head surface. The flexible part 6 can be deformed until the electrode part 5 is moved in a direction away from an axis line of the support part.
