The invention relates to an oil-in-water emulsion for making up or caring for the lips containing a high proportion of glossy oils. This emulsion is very fluid while remaining stable. This emulsion contains from 35% to 60% by weight of a mixture of oils, at least 25% by weight of water and from 0.01% to 20% of coloring material, everything being stabilized by the combination of STEARETH-2, of STEARETH-21 and of a copolymer of acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonate and of hydroxyethyl acrylate.
