PURPOSE: A lip cosmetic composition is provided to supply and maintain enough moisture on the lip and to ensure persistency and coloring ability. CONSTITUTION: A lip cosmetic composition contains 0.1-0.3 parts by weight of acrylate/alkyl acrylate crosslinked polymers, 0.5-1.0 party by weight of sodium polyacrylate polymers, and 0.4-0.6 parts by weight of emulsifier. The emulsifier comprises polysorbate 60. The cosmetic composition further contains 60-80 parts by weight of aqueous ingredients, 5-10 parts by weigh of moisturizing ingredients, and 10-15 parts by weight of oil ingredients. The moisturizing ingredient is glycerine, 1,3-butylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, glycereth-26, or a mixture thereof. The oil ingredients are ester-based liquid oil, hydrocarbon-based liquid oil, or a mixture thereof. The acrylate/alkyl acrylate crosslinked polymers of chemical formula 1 contain particles with 2-7 um size in a powder type.
