The present invention provides a mobile X-ray device which wakes up a battery management system (BMS) by supplying a power to the BMS when the BMS is shut down. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the mobile X-ray device comprises: an X-ray irradiation part irradiating an X-ray； a battery supplying the power to the X-ray irradiation part； a charger charging a battery； the BMS receiving the power from the battery or the charger, and outputting a first signal based on a state of the battery； and a first switch turned off according to the first signal to block the power supplied to the BMS. The first switch can be turned on by the power supplied from the charger to supply the power to the BMS when the power of the BMS is blocked.본 개시의 예시적 실시예에 따른 모바일 엑스선 장치는, 엑스선을 조사하는 엑스선 조사부； 엑스선 조사부에 전원을 공급하는 배터리； 배터리를 충전시키는 충전부； 배터리 또는 충전부로부터 전원을 공급받으며 배터리의 상태에 기초하여 제 1 신호를 출력하는 BMS； 제 1 신호에 따라 오프 되어 BMS로 공급되는 전원을 차단하는 제 1 스위치；를 포함하며, 제 1 스위치는 BMS의 전원이 차단된 상태에서는 충전부에서 공급되는 전원에 의해 온 되어 BMS에 전원을 공급할 수 있다.
