A method of enhancing yield-related traits in plants by modulating expression of nucleic acids encoding VIM1-like polypeptides, VTC2-like polypeptides, ARF6-like polypeptides or DUF1685 polypeptides is provided. Plants with modulated expression of the nucleic acids encoding VIM1-like polypeptides, VTC2-like polypeptides, ARF6-like polypeptides or DUF1685 polypeptides have enhanced yield-related traits relative to control plants.
