PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic therapeutic instrument having further improved skin touch, and to provide a method of manufacturing a magnetic therapeutic instrument having an outer layer with a uniform thickness, and having further improved skin touch.SOLUTION: There is provided a magnetic therapeutic instrument 1 which includes a core material 11 containing rubber and magnetic powder, and a rubber coating layer 12 arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the core material 11 and having a surface roughness Ra of 5-12 μm.
