The present invention relates to an impression coping for an implant surgery which comprises the following: a coping body including a coping head unit on the upper side with a holder and a cap alternately combined thereto, a combining protrusion unit on the lower side fitted and combined to a socket unit of a fixture by insertion, and a hollow unit penetrating the center； and a guide screw penetrating through the hollow unit, and coupling the coping body to the fixture while the combining protrusion unit is inserted into the socket unit of the fixture. When the combining protrusion unit matches the socket unit, a male screw unit of the guide screw is coupled to a female screw unit of the fixture； and when the combining protrusion unit does not match with the socket unit, the male and female screw units are not coupled to prevent the impression taking error due to the combination of the coping body and the filter.
