The present invention relates to a multifunctional fomentation device which enables a user to foment a face, legs, and hands by using a heat container hole (15), leg entrance holes (13), and hand entrance holes (14) after heat at high temperatures, generated by a protrusion unit (24), is filled in an enclosed space in a body (10) having the protrusion unit formed on a lower portion of a front side of a square box. An electric heater (an underwater electric heater or a heat generation light electric heater) is installed on a lower side of the protrusion unit (24) on the lower portion of the front side of the body (10) to generate heat. The heat container hole (15) is formed on an upper portion of the front side of the body (10). An upper portion of a rear side of the body (10) is formed as an inclined side (12). The leg entrance holes (13) and the hand entrance holes (14) under the leg entrance holes (13) are formed to enable the user to insert the face, the legs, and the hands therethrough and foment a face, legs, and hands with heat at high temperatures in the body (10). The multifunctional fomentation device can foment a face, a neck, feet, knees, hands, or joins thereof, promotes blood circulation, and thus can perform treatment and alleviate pain.
