PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scalp treatment device capable of reliably performing treatments such as energization and others to a scalp even when the scalp has hair, and imparting appropriate treatment effects causing hair growth or prevention of hair removal on the scalp.SOLUTION: In the device, protrusions 17 of a head section 12 disposed on one end of a body 11 each have conductivity, and play a role in electrodes for applying current to between them and an auxiliary electrode section 14 via the users body. When the user holds the body 11 to bring the protrusions 17 of the head section 12 in contact with the users scalp while raking aside the users hair, physical stimulus and energization to the scalp can be simultaneously performed by the protrusions 17. In this way, in addition to massaging effects caused by the physical stimulus by the protrusions 17, energization brings about expansion of blood vessels and blood flow acceleration on the scalp to activate cells on the scalp.
