The present invention describes methods and compositions for improving the therapeutic efficacy of therapeutic agents previously limited by suboptimal therapeutic performance by either improving efficacy as monotherapy or reducing side effects. Such methods and compositions are particularly applicable to substituted hexitols such as dibromodulcitol.La présente invention concerne des procédés et des compositions pour améliorer lefficacité thérapeutique dagents thérapeutiques auparavant limités par une performance thérapeutique suboptimale, soit par amélioration de lefficacité en monothérapie, soit par réduction des effets secondaires. De tels procédés et compositions sont particulièrement applicables aux hexitols substitués comme le dibromodulcitol ou aux analogues, dérivés ou promédicaments de ceux-ci.
