PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively treat a polymer absorber of a used sanitation supply containing a pulp fiber and the polymer absorber, and effectively recover the pulp fiber from the used sanitation supply.SOLUTION: A method for treating a polymer absorber includes a process for decomposing the polymer absorber with ozone water to reduce molecular weight and solubilize the same, and a process in which the polymer absorber is dissolved in the ozone water and discharged together with the ozone water.
