The embodiments of a securing device for hip fracture include a head, a hollow tube, a lesser trochanter side portion, a body, a first surface and a second surface wherein the head is a cambered surface plate with a hip screw hole the hollow tube is placed on the head the lesser trochanter side portion is connected with the head the body is a rectangle plate.
