The embodiments of a securing device for hip fracture include a head, at least one hollow tube, a lesser trochanter side portion, a body, a first surface and a second surface wherein the head is a cambered surface plate with at least one hip screw hole； the hollow tube is placed on the head； the lesser trochanter side portion is connected with the head； the body is a rectangle plate.
