Entre les encoches de liaison (9) pratiquées sur les deux piliers de traction (6) de part et dautre du cadre de lit (1) vient une barre de traction (10) dont les deux extrémités sont raccordées mobiles aux encoches de liaison (9), la barre de traction (10) étant breliée à un dispositif de traction.
