PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an underpants type disposable diaper with a design changed by making new design appear by expansion and contraction of a fit elastic stretchable member.SOLUTION: A design part including a display part S for visual confirmation is provided in a front-back direction range including a waist lower part elastic stretchable member 19 at a part corresponding to an interior body 200, a print sheet 25 configures the center area 25A of the design part, and a liquid impermeable back sheet 11 is disposed on the back surface side of the print sheet 25. Only the back surface side of the center area 25A of the print sheet 25 is fixed to the liquid impermeable back sheet 11, and a waterproof three-dimensional sheet 64 is also disposed on both sides of the print sheet 25 respectively.
