PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the temperature of a probe to be managed effectively, and to improve diagnostic ability.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes a probe 10 and a body 100. The body 100 includes a processing circuit 80 composed of a determination unit 81, a swing control unit 82, a detection unit 83, a notification control unit 84, and a detection unit 85. The probe 10 includes an enclosing unit 15 in which liquid is enclosed, a vibrator unit 11, and a swing unit 12 for swinging liquid. The determination unit 81 determines the timing at which the liquid is agitated.
