PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a biopsy device which has a relatively simple structure, and which allows even a weak-handed person to easily perform charging operation.SOLUTION: In a biopsy device 10, a biopsy needle is locked in a charging position and shot to a projecting position by releasing the lock. In the biopsy device 10, an inner needle charging hole 12 and an outer needle charging hole 16 are formed. By an inner needle charging member 120 and an outer needle charging member 160 which are inserted into these holes from the outside, an inner needle slider or an outer needle slider can be slid to the charging position against the energizing force of a spring and locked therein.
