PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oral pharmaceutical formulation of neratinib which is provided in a form of a coated tablet prepared by fluid layer granulation or wet granulation, and to provide an improved method for producing these coated tablets.SOLUTION: The invention provides a pharmacologically acceptable solid composition suitable for oral administration containing, as an active ingredient, neratinib maleate. In a certain embodiment, such a solid composition is provided in a form of a coated tablet prepared by fluid layer granulation.
