To appropriately detect malfunction after replacement of a piping component.SOLUTION: A radioactive medicine administration device 1 includes: a piping component 91 including a syringe capable of sucking and discharging radioactive medicine or transport liquid for transporting radioactive medicine, a suction line for supplying the radioactive medicine or transport liquid to the syringe, a line for connecting the syringe to an administration part capable of connecting with an administration destination for the radioactive medicine, and a plurality of check valves provided on the suction line and on the line； pinch valves 33, 35 as valves for performing line opening/closing operation on the line of the piping component 91； operation units 51, 52 as a pressure detection unit for detecting pressure in the line； and a control unit 41 for controlling opening/closing of the valves and suction and discharge of the syringe.
