PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a compact medicine suction and discharge apparatus and a medicine suction and discharge system which enable an injection to be administered to a patient with an easy operation.SOLUTION: The medicine suction and discharge apparatus 10 includes a syringe driving device 11 and a base 12 for supporting the syringe driving device 11 detachably. The syringe driving device 11 has a parameter setting section 16 for setting an operation parameter of a piston driving section 15 and a control section 17 for controlling operation of the piston driving section on the basis of the operation parameter. The base 12 includes an information communication section 19 for transmitting and receiving medicine information data or driving procedure data for the piston driving section 15 on the basis of at least one of prescription data, prescription directing data and the medicine information data.
