A neck exercise and rehabilitation device is disclosed which may be removably affixed to a users head and a weight within the device rotates in a plane perpendicular to a vertical axis through a user, and the users body reacts to counteract the changing position of the moving weight which acts to strengthen and rehabilitate the users back and spine.
