The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing an absorbable plug with bone graft materials capable of being used as a tissue repair material to be filled in a defect part of the alveolar bone. The method comprises the following steps: melting an absorbable polymer in an organic solvent dispersing bone graft materials in a polymer solution dropping a drop of the polymer solution in a test tube with nonsolvent removing the solution in the tube and cleaning the same with purified water and drying, sterilizing and packaging the obtained plug. According to the present invention, the absorbable plug with bone graft materials can be manufactured with 1 cm of the diameter and is suitable for operations for treating a defect part of the alveolar bone by functioning as a bone graft and a shield.COPYRIGHT KIPO 2017본 발명은 발치에 따른 치조골의 결손 부위에 채워 넣는 조직수복용 재료로 사용될 수 있는 골이식재가 부가된 흡수성 플로그를 제조하는 방법으로, 흡수성 고분자를 유기용매에 녹이는 단계, 골이식재를 고분자 용액에 분산시키는 단계, 비용매가 담겨있는 시험관에 고분자 용액을 한 방울씩 적하하는 단계, 시험관 내의 용액을 제거하고 정제수로 세척하는 단계, 얻어진 플러그를 건조, 멸균 포장하는 단계를 포함한다. 본 발명에 따르면, 골이식재가 부가된 흡수성 플러그를 직경 1cm 정도로 제조가능하고, 골이식재와 차폐막 기능을 겸하여 치조골 결손부위를 치료하는 시술에 적합한 플러그 제조에 유리한 효과가 있다.
