SOLUTION: A projecting blade 2A, which partially projects along the outer periphery of the tip of a drill 1 for drilling, is provided, and driving means 30 for driving the drill 1 for drilling and rotation of the drill 1 for drilling. A detection unit 22 that detects that a bone has been drilled and a control unit 20 that controls the rotation direction/rotational speed of the drill 1 for drilling and the cutting depth are provided, and the control unit 20 has the tip side of the protruding blade 2.
