PURPOSE: A no smoking aid is provided to enable a user to effectively quit smoking by controlling excitement and suppression of the cerebral cortex. CONSTITUTION: A no smoking aid comprises: oppression tongs(100) which are equipped with one or more oppression protrusions(140)； a vibrating motor(200) which is attached to the outer surface of the oppression tongs and generates vibration in order to vibrate the oppression protrusion； a power supply unit(400) supplying power to a vibrating motor； and a switch unit(500) controlling the electric power supply of the power supply unit.본 발명은 금연보조 장치에 관한 것으로, 귀의 적소(경혈 또는 지압점)를 잡아주며, 그 내측면에 귀의 적소를 자극하여 금연을 유도하기 위한 적어도 하나의 압박돌기를 구비하는 압박집게와, 상기 압박집게의 외측면에 부착되며, 진동을 발생하여 상기 압박돌기를 진동시키기 위한 진동모터와, 상기 진동모터에 전원을 공급하는 전원공급부와, 상기 전원공급부의 전원 공급을 제어하는 스위치부를 포함함으로써, 귀의 적소 자극으로 대뇌피질의 흥분 및 억제를 조절하여 니코틴 등으로 인한 자율신경 실조를 회복시켜 금연을 효과적으로 할 수 있다.
