PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify operation required in installing a storage container in a chemical mist generator including a restriction part for restricting movement of the storage container.SOLUTION: Installation of a chemical bottle 50 on a bottle fixation member 90 is performed by: first as shown by an arrow 7A of (A), moving the chemical bottle 50 from above a through hole 93 toward the through hole 93 to store the chemical bottle 50 inside the through hole 93 next as shown by an arrow 7B, rotating the chemical bottle 50 in the clockwise direction. Thereby, as shown by (B), a first projection 50D of the chemical bottle 50 is inserted into the inside of a groove 94B provided at a first restriction part 94, and a second projection 50E of the chemical bottle 50 is inserted into the inside of a groove 95B provided at a second restriction part 95.
