The present invention relates to a device to automatically test the leakage of an endoscope and a testing method thereof. Endoscopes are provided with RFID tags having inherent identification information on each endoscope according to various kinds thereof, and a device to automatically test the leakage of an endoscope is provided with an RFID module to read the inherent identification information of an endoscope from such an RFID tag. A device to automatically test the leakage of an endoscope manages endoscope information according to the various types of endoscopes, reads the inherent identification information of the endoscopes using an RF communications network, selects the information on any one endoscope corresponding to the read inherent identification information and automatically treats the leakage test for the endoscope.
