PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dental oral cavity radiographic system in which positioning of an X-ray device is easy.SOLUTION: A dental oral cavity radiographic system includes an X-ray device and a dental oral cavity radiographic device which has a light reception part having an X-ray imaging element and a guide part used for positioning the X-ray device so that an X-ray source is arranged at a position facing the imaging surface of the light reception part via a retention part. The light reception part is rotatable around a rotation shaft and is attached to the rotation shaft in a state where an angle formed with the retention part can be changed. The guide part has a positioning part including two or more positioning marks of an X-ray irradiation port corresponding to information on the angle. The guide part has two or more transmission units including a primary coil as the two or more positioning marks. Power supply control different from other transmission units is performed to the transmission unit corresponding to the information on the angle. A reception part including a secondary coil is attached to the X-ray irradiation port of the X-ray device.
