The present invention relates to a method for producing sprout ginseng with improved growth using an LED module in a plant factory. Since a bare ground cultivation method which is a conventional traditional ginseng cultivation method is affected by a natural environment, only one-time cultivation is possible in one year. To solve such a limitative problem, an optimal environment for growing ginseng in a completely closed plant factory is derived. In particular, light output from an LED module is irradiated, and thus high value-added sprout ginseng having improved growth can be produced regardless of seasons.
