PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape type disposable diaper capable of improving a fitting property around the waist.SOLUTION: A disposable diaper 10 has a waist expanding and contracting part 85 arranged between a pair of fastening tapes. The waist expanding and contracting part 85 extends from a center in a width direction of the disposable diaper toward both outer sides in the width direction.
