PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spread-out type disposable diaper being removable from a wearing object person in a prone posture.SOLUTION: The spread-out type disposable diaper: has a longitudinal direction, a lateral direction, and a width direction that are orthogonally crossed with one another includes a first waist part, a crotch part, and a second waist part aligned in the longitudinal direction and further includes fastening tapes that are fixed to respective ends in the lateral direction of the second waist part, locked to the first waist part to form a single waist opening part and a pair of leg-perimeter opening parts. Cutoff lines for cutting off parts to which the fastening tapes are fixed out of the second waist part, are formed on the diaper in a spread-out state.
