The present invention provides a plasma air cleaner having a function of removing fine dust in air and sterilizing various pathogenic bacteria. Clean air that prevents corruption of a filter and has a sterilization operation and a deodorization operation without emitting ozone by removing fine dust and organic gases through a method for coupling the fine dust and the organic gases to moisture of a water filter while air-plasma passes though the water filter and dissolving ozone in the moisture of the filter is provided. The water filter suggests two types of a type of using wet cloth and a string-curtain type. The wet water filter is manufactured of fibers so that the filter is moved upwards and downwards by a roller to maintain a wet state and cleanness, and the wet filter continues to maintain wetting degree and cleanness from a water tank at a lower end thereof. The water filter of a string-curtain type provides a plasma air cleaner that moves water in a lower water tank to an upper water tank by using a water pump and forms a filter of a string-curtain type on a lower surface of the upper water tank as moisture drops from a plurality of small holes to the lower water tank.본 발명은, 공기 중의 미세 먼지 제거와 각종 병원균을 살균하는 가능을 갖는 플라즈마 공기 청정기를 제공한다. 공기-플라즈마가 물-필터를 통과하여 물-필터의 수분과 결합하는 방식으로 미세먼지와 유기 기체가 제거되고, 필터의 수분에 오존이 용해되어 필터의 부패 방지와 살균작용 및 탈취작용을 갖는 오존 방출없는 청정공기가 제공된다. 물-필터는 습식의 천을 이용한 방식과 줄-커텐 방식의 두 가지 방식을 제시한다. 습식 물-필터는 섬유재로 제작되어 젖은 상태와 청결도를 유지하기 위하여 필터를 롤러에 의하여 상하 방향으로 움직이고, 하단부의 수조 탱크로부터 습식-필터가 지속적으로 젖음도와 청결도가 유지된다. 줄-커텐 방식의 물-필터는 하부 수조의 물을 상부 수조로 물펌프를 사용하여 물을 옮기고, 상부 수조의 하부면에 다수 개의 작은 구멍으로부터 물기기가 하부 수조로 낙하하여 줄-커텐 방식의 필터를 형성하는 플라즈마 공기 청정기를 제공한다.
