A method of checking the sterilization packaging system after removing it from the product, comprising the steps of: placing the sterilization packaging system between the light source and the inspector, the sterilization packaging system comprising: a first segment containing a permeable material having barrier properties and having a first surface and a second surface opposite the first, the first segment being substantially opaque or having a first level of light transmission； and a second segment containing a permeable material having barrier properties and having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first, and the light transmission of the second segment exceeds the light transmission of the first segment, the segments being connected to each other at least in part of their surfaces, and at least at least part of one segment of the sterilization packaging system is turned from the inspector, and the corresponding part of the other segment is addressed to the inspector； test the sterilization packaging system for breaks in the first or second segments by looking for light passing through the facing segment. 2. A method according to claim 1, characterized in that the sterilization packaging system is placed so that the first segment and the second segment share some space in the part of the sterilization packaging system to be tested.
