PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a marked fish, which allows easy and short-time marking without the weakening or dying of a fish at the time of attachment and does not cause deterioration of freshness of the fish, where the mark itself does not damage the fish body, where the risk of detachment or forgery of the mark is small, and where the marked fish is safe even if ingesting the marked fish, and to provide a distribution management method for the fish using marked fish like this.SOLUTION: A method for producing a marked fish for distinguishing a fish body uses: an open needle 7； and an ink injection means 8 sending a prescribed amount of edible and distinguishable ink into the needle. The needle is inserted into a mark region, and the prescribed amount of ink is injected into subcutaneous tissue of the fish body.【課題】標識を容易・短時間で行うことができ、取付け時の魚の弱体化や死亡がなく、また、魚の鮮度の劣化がなく、標識自体が魚体を傷つけることなく、標識の脱落や偽造の恐れが少なく、また標識した魚を摂取しても安全な標識魚の製造方法を得るものである。また本発明はこのような標識魚を用いる魚の流通管理方法を得るものである。【解決手段】魚体を識別するための標識魚の製造方法である。開口注射針７と注射針に一定量かつ可食性で識別性のインキを送り込むインキ注入手段８を用いる。標識部位に注射針を挿入し、一定量の当該インキを魚体の皮下に注入する。【選択図】図１
