The present invention relates to a device for measuring exercise amount by an exercise machine (M) performing rotating and repeating movements. The device comprises: a case (10) having a PCB substrate equipped inside and a fixing means (15) capable of being attached on the exercise machine or human body； a sensor part (20) having one sensor, among a mercury sensor, a magnetic sensor, a gravity sensor, and a copper ion sensor, which is installed on the PCB substrate for sensing the movement number of human body or the rotation number of the exercise machine； a mycom part (30) which converts the information from the sensor part into exercise amount figure according to the set sequence and which has a memory chip for storing the exercise amount data obtained by the sensor part； a display (40) for showing speed, distance, RPM, and calories-consumption by applying the converted value； a transceiving means having a bluetooth transceiving part for monitoring speed, distance, RPM, calories-consumption through an application or downloading the exercise amount figure data while transferring the data to the outside； and a terminal means (50) enabling a user to check the exercise amount by being connected with the transceiving means without wire.본 발명은 회전 및 반복운동을 실행하는 운동기구(M)에 의하여 운동량을 측정하는 측정기구에 있어서: 내부에 수용되어 장착되는 PCB기판을 구비하고, 운동기구(M) 또는 인체 상에 각각 탈부착이 가능하도록 고정수단(15)을 구비하는 케이스(10)； 상기 PCB기판 상에 개재되어 운동기구(M)의 회전 또는 인체의 이동 횟수를 감지하게 머큐리 센서, 마그네틱 센서, 중력 센서, 구리 이온 센서 중 어느 하나를 구비하는 센서부(20)； 상기 센서부(20)로부터 얻은 정보를 설정된 시퀀스에 따라 운동량의 수치로 변환하고, 센서부(20)로부터 얻어진 운동량의 데이터를 저장하는 메모리칩을 구비하는 마이컴부(30)； 상기 마이컴부(30)으로부터 변환값을 인가하여 속도, 거리, RPM, 칼로리 소모량을 나타내는 디스플레이(40)； 및 상기 PCB기판 상에 마이컴부(30)의 운동량 수치 데이터를 외부에서 확인 가능하도록 전송하면서 USB 포트를 통해 자료를 다운 받거나, 어플리케이션을 통해 속도, 거리, RPM, 칼로리 소모량을 모니터링 할 수 있게 블루투스 송신부를 구비하는 송수신수단을 구비하고, 상기 송수신수단과 유무선으로 연결하여 사용자가 운동량을 확인하는 단말수단(50)；을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
