Autograft is formed of a semitendinous muscle. Vertical canal is formed in the patella from its lower pole to the upper pole, through the thickness of the bone, through which the autograft is performed. Proximal end of the autograft is fixed to a leading hump of the femoral bone, and the distal end is fixed to a medial condyle of tibia at 1 cm below the shin plateau and 3 cm from the patellar ligament with transosseous sutures.EFFECT: method provides reliable fixation of the patella, reduces the risk of complications ensured by using the autograft and vertical orientation of the transosseous canal in the patella.1 cl, 2 exИзобретение относится к медицине, а именно к травматологии и ортопедии, и может быть использовано для реконструкции связочного апппарата при привычном вывихе надколенника. Формируют аутотрансплантат из полусухожильной мышцы. В надколеннике от нижнего его полюса к верхнему, через толщу кости формируют вертикальный канал, через который проводят аутотрансплантат. Проксимальный конец аутотрансплантата фиксируют к приводящему бугорку бедренной кости, а дистальный конец - к медиальному мыщелку большеберцовой кости на 1 см ниже плато большеберцовой кости и 3 см от связки надколенника трансоссальными швами. Способ обеспечивает надежную фиксацию надколенника, снижает риск развития осложнений за счет применения аутотрансплантата и вертикальной ориентации трансоссального канала в надколеннике. 2 пр.
