Wraps configured to cover a users body portion having a tube that is at least partially external the users body and that is in fluid communication with one or more internal systems of the users body are disclosed. The wraps may include a fabric panel sized and shaped to wrap around and cover the users body portion. The wraps may additionally include a coupling assembly connected to the fabric panel and configured to secure the fabric panel to one or more portions of the user when the fabric panel is wrapped around the users body portion. The wraps may further include a holder assembly configured to secure a portion of the tube to the fabric panel.
