[Problem] Conventionally, it has been difficult to order feed at an appropriate timing, such feed to be given to fish using an automatic feeder. [Solution] An automatic feeding assistance device is equipped with: a remaining quantity information acquisition unit that acquires remaining quantity information about the remaining quantity of feed in an automatic feeder which provides the feed to fish； a determination unit that determines whether the remaining quantity of the feed is small enough so that the remaining quantity information satisfies a predetermined condition； and a transmission unit that transmits order information concerning a feed order if the determination unit has determined that the remaining quantity of the feed is small enough to satisfy the predetermined condition. This automatic feeding assistance device makes it possible for the feed, which is given to the fish using the automatic feeder, to be ordered at a suitable timing, or makes it possible to assist a user in making an order.
