PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter material for air filter which has both of flame-retardant property and anti-allergen property, is excellent in processability and hardly causes decoloration and deterioration in bending resistance due to aging.
SOLUTION: The anti-allergen flame-retardant material is characterized in that a phosphorus-type flame-retardant agent and an aqueous binder resin are mixed at least on the surface of fiber of a fiber sheet, and the mixture is adhered onto the fiber sheet according to an impregnation method, and thereafter, a processing liquid containing a polyphenol compound is further adhered onto the fiber sheet according to an impregnation method, a spray method or a gravure printing method.
