PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an auxiliary sheet for a diaper which resolves discomfort after excretion by preventing loose passage or urine from touching the body after excretion as much as possible.SOLUTION: An auxiliary sheet for a diaper is a nonwoven fabric sheet which is arranged between a diaper and the crotch of a user, and includes a plurality of pleat parts 40 which are formed by being folded in a width direction corresponding to the width of the crotch. The plurality of pleat parts 40 include: a pair of inner pleat parts 33, 33 which is arranged in the vicinity of the central part in a width direction X, and whose tip parts 40b, 40b face each other on a surface 20F arranged on the body side and a pair of outer pleat parts 31, 31 which is arranged on the outer side in the width direction X relatively with respect to the inner pleat part 33, and whose tip parts 40b, 40b face each other on the surface arranged on the body side.
