Осуществляют фиксацию фрагментов спицей Киршнера. Вторую спицу Киршнера изгибают в виде П-образной скобы, «ножки» которой подгибают встречно на угол 10-20 градусов с каждой стороны. Устанавливают скобу «ножками» на головчатое возвышение плечевой кости и вбивают через зону перелома в проксимальный фрагмент блока плечевой кости. Удаляют спицу, проведенную первой.
