PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a walking assist device capable of determining whether or not to be correctly worn around a users leg.SOLUTION: A walking assist device 1 according to one embodiment of the present invention, determines whether a leg wearing the walking assist device 1 is in an idling leg state or not.
